If you’re interested in learning about healthy living this is the lady to learn from!! Shawn and I met when our oldest sons were in First grade and we became fast friends. She taught me so many things about food and how it can heal your body. Fast forward 26 years and she’s sharing her knowledge of food with the world. What an exciting day!! I met Shawndi in January after a good friend invited me to one of her “Take Back your Kitchen” Tours. Shawndi flies around the country hosting these tours to show people and their families how to prepare meals using wholesome ingredients in under 30 minutes. Ironically, the day I attended this presentation, was also the day after my fifth night in a row of not sleeping. I was miserable. I had zero energy, and at that point, I was relying solely on caffeine to get me through my day. Frankly, I did not want to attend this presentation, but did it because my best friend invited me and I did not want to let her down.
