Whether you have special dietary requirements or health concerns, I’ll help you create meals that are. easy to integrate into your lifestyle.

Here’s how it works:

We’ll have a phone call to discuss your situation.

You’ll log your food intake for 7 days.

Once you’ve submitted your food log, I’ll create a customized plan for you.

We’ll review the plan and cook together during a one hour virtual session. During the session we’ll discuss batch cooking, recipes, menus, food recommendations, and more.

In-Person sessions available by request for an additional fee.
