Grilled Chicken Sandwich (HARMFUL INGREDIENTS BOLDED)

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Filet – Not organic from chickens raised in large barns.
Salt – Sodium chloride which the body cannot digest.
Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – Makes food addicting, excites brain cells, increases cravings.
Sugar – Refined likely from GMO sugar beets. Sugar is used three times in this sandwich!
Spices – Most spices are irradiated which destroys valuable enzymes.
Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour – Heavily processed flour treated with bleach to make it white.
Nonfat Milk – From cows who eat GMO feed and receive hormones and antibiotics
Sodium Aluminum Phosphate – Stabilizer additive containing aluminum and hurts your brain.
Monocalcium Phosphate – Rising agent found in baking powder.
Soybean Oil – Made from GMO soybeans and refined to oil with toxic hexane and bleach.
Egg – From stressed chickens raised in large barns with little time outdoors.
Fully Refined Peanut Oil – A heavily processed oil treated with bleach and deodorizing chemicals.
Dimethylpolysiloxane – In Silly Putty & breast implants & an anti-foaming agent in cooking oil.

Monoglycerides – An emulsifier made from oil byproducts. A harmful trans-fat for your heart.
DATEM – A dough conditioner derived from GMO crops and another trans-fat.
Calcium Propionate – A preservative linked to restlessness and irritability in children.
Ascorbic/Citric Acid – Derived from GMO corn.
Soy Lecithin – A processed additive from GMO soybeans extracted with the neurotoxin hexane.
Potassium Iodate – An additive banned from flour in Europe because it affects thyroid function.
Palm Kernel Oil – A replacement for partially hydrogenated oils. Kills orangutans & rain forests.
Natural Flavor – A mixture of chemicals of up to 100 ingredients, many of which are carcinogenic.
Beta Carotene – A yellow color additive derived either from vegetables or synthesized in a lab.
Cucumbers – Sprayed with pesticides that disrupt your endocrine and nervous systems.
Alum – Used to make the pickles more firm is comprised of aluminum (a neurotoxin).
Calcium Chloride – Another additive used to make pickles firmer.
Potassium Sorbate –A preservative shown to be genotoxic to white blood cells and lead to cancer.
Polysorbate 80 – An emulsifier linked to weight gain, inflammation, and digestive problems.
Yellow 5 – Artificial dye derived from petroleum & linked to allergies and hyperactivity in children.
Blue 1 – This artificial dye crosses the blood-brain barrier, linked to hyperactivity and kidney tumors.
