Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder (I use NOW brand)
- 2 tsp. real vanilla extract
- 1 cup + 1 Tbsp. organic plain yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
- 1 1/4 cups organic coconut milk, unsweetened
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla until thoroughly combined and there are almost no clumps left.
- Slowly whisk in both the yogurt and milk.
- Pour into popsicle molds or 5 oz. paper cups and place in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water on the outside of the mold or cup to loosen so the popsicles come out easily.
Note: Makes 6 fudge pops for popsicle molds or 9 fudge pops in 5 oz. paper cups.
