Ingredients:
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp. organic ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 cup organic coconut milk, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp. local raw honey
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or into 5 oz. paper cups and place in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water on the outside of the mold or cup to loosen so the popsicles come out easily.
